Hi, Emily,

I don't work here - I'm just a satisfied customer who subscribes to Forum updates! Although this thread is pretty lively, I haven't found the forums here to be the most timely resource - others would say that's because the service works so well, no one has any issues! In my experience, Fluid Hosting staff has been very responsive to the Trouble Ticket system - I don't know if they've hooked up to whatever Ticket system Steadfast had, but I assume they will do so soon if they haven't already.

I haven't seen anything from FH staff on Twitter...
