Hi,
I have one file and one directory with httpd:httpd On the FH Control Panel we have a service: "File/Folder Ownership Web scripts sometimes change ownership to httpd:httpd and you can no longer access the files via ftp. Running this will give the files back to your control as user:group. Beware of any subftp accounts they will need to be set back up manually." If I press the button Reset ownership that I have the message "SUCCESS: Reset ownership on all files under your web root.", but occurs nothing. Why? I can't remove this file and a directory. Help me, please. What I have to make? Sincerely, Andrey Korolev |

Hi Andrey,
Please create a support ticket in your control panel and we'll be glad to reset the ownership for you. |

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing connection issues with fluidhosting or their sites on it. I've had phemonenal service from them, so it's probably something out of their hands.
