(Shared/Reseller) web8 and web9 performance upgrade (7/12/2013)

On 7/12/2013 at approximately 9:00PM ET, we'll be making some performance improvements to both web8 and web9 servers. This process will cause approximately 10 minutes of downtime.

Hi John,

My uptime monitor never actually logged any downtime on web9 until tonight, listing 18 minutes total... does that match up at all? Just curious.

Also wondering what you did, as things appear snappy as ever, if not more so.
