Nice to have: method of communication *independent* of fluid hosting infrastructure

Thank you restoring service this evening. I would like to see a method for communication/notifications that is *independent* of fluid hosting infrastructure for situations such as happened this evening. Using your twitter account would be fine (https: //twitter.com/fluidhosting?lang=en; I assume it is yours). Alternately something like a facebook page would work. I don't need a lot of information. I don't need setting-by-setting changes you are making to get the system to work. I just need to know that you are aware of a problem, and that I don't have to double-check things that might be wrong with things at my end.

Thanks,
JR VanMechelen

Hi JR,

These forums are actually separate from our infrastructure for exactly this reason. I do agree with you that also using Twitter is a good idea and something I am going to ask management about.

Thanks for your understanding and the suggestion!
