Exclamation File/Folder Ownership

Hi,

I have one file and one directory with httpd:httpd

On the FH Control Panel we have a service:
"File/Folder Ownership
Web scripts sometimes change ownership to httpd:httpd and you can no longer access the files via ftp. Running this will give the files back to your control as user:group. Beware of any subftp accounts they will need to be set back up manually."
If I press the button Reset ownership that I have the message "SUCCESS: Reset ownership on all files under your web root.", but occurs nothing.
Why?
I can't remove this file and a directory.
Help me, please.
What I have to make?

Sincerely,
Andrey Korolev

Hi Andrey,
Please create a support ticket in your control panel and we'll be glad to reset the ownership for you.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing connection issues with fluidhosting or their sites on it. I've had phemonenal service from them, so it's probably something out of their hands.
