Network-wide Outage (Wednesday, 04/25/2018)

At approximately 5:05 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday, 04/25/2018, our monitoring reported a network-wide outage at our Equinix NY2 Secaucus location. We are aware of the problem and have dispatched our technician to the datacenter to investigate the issue. All further updates will be communicated here.

Please accept our sincerest apology for this issue.

Core router has been rebooted and traffic is starting to flow. We are checking on things right now.
